Thanks for the quick response. Yes I have phoned them. They said I have 28 days from the day of judgement, which is the 19th of January, to either make the payment or request for the set aside.

I have read the information on applying for a set-aside. However, I do not have the confidence on writing my defence. Could I please get some help with a template if possible?

Thank you for the quick response. The agreements I believe was made in 2004/05. I am not sure of the date of my last payment. Yes, a claim was issued, but I never got that particular letter, so I did not acknowledge or submit a defence.

Dear sir/madam, I have a few credit and store card debts over six years old and have been getting threatening letters, which I have unfortunately been ignoring. Now, I have received a letter from the county court, regarding one of the debts, ordering me to pay back the claimant, and if I do not pay, my goods may be removed and sold, or other enforcement proceedings may be taken against me. Please help me, I am desperate.
