Just wanted to post an update to the site - after speaking to Lee, he managed to check the official Vodafone records to confirm the debt existed, however it was also statute barred. He has since spoken to Lowell to confirm this and they have shut down my "account". Great outcome and thanks to Lee for the swift resolution!

Hi Lee, Sorry to jump on this thread but I am a new user to CAG (and can't seem to PM, also not sure how to start a new thread and then add you in..) and seem to be having the same issue with Lowell trying to claim an alleged Vodafone debt from over six years ago but not furnishing proof. They have also sent me two separate letters, one for approximately £6 and a second for approximately £100 - it all seems very fishy as I don't recall having left any outstanding debt. I have sent a query to Vodafone with the reference "WRT135-CAG" and received an email back with a reference #8890516 Is there some way for you to kindly look into this and help me clear up the matter?
