  1. Thankyou, even if they repay the charges it won't clear the balance, so I'm not sure what will happen with the balance, can I just pay a reduced amount until such time I can afford to clear it? I have had a email back from Grattan asking for a doctors letter confirming my illness, then they may think about freezing interest, can they do this?

    Argos store card

    I've got myself into a bit of a mess with 2 catalogues & argos store card, (separate thread for catalogues. but same situation!) I've been diagnosed with a incurable lifelong condition that at the moment is requiring steroid treatment and for the past few months haven't been able to work as much as I should, so have got in a mess financially.
