  1. Yes I sent a picture of their sign I also pointed out that the ATA they were advertising as being with was incorrect and over this weekend they have changed it on their signs, they sent a really bad photocopied letter in response without signature saying unless I get authorisation from the driver they won't deal with me I have stated I am the registered keeper and according to IPC the appeal can be made by driver or registered keeper they playing a game I think I'm determined tho they are not getting payment what worries me tho is I have read IPC is the pocket of Gladstone Brooke's solicitors and they keep the appeals internally and basically stand for the IPC not the person appealing
  2. Yes they said my vehicle was not parked wholly in a bay the sign doesn't sat u have be parked in a bay but if nu do u have park correctly in it not over the lines the car park was full with no spaces so the car was parked in a position where there was no Yellow lines causing no obstruction to any vehicle or entrance/exits I took pictures of the sign and position car was parked
  3. Can anyone help I was issued a parking ticket at the university I attend, I felt that the signs were not clear in fact they were even advertising the wrong ATA they said they were part of the BPA when they are a member of the IPC , however I wrote to the company giving my evidence stating their sign was misleading and factually wrong and also the charge they were asking for was disproportionate to the loss to the landowner , Staffordshire university, Yesterday I received a reply stating because I did not state directly I was driving they were not willing to deal with me, the letter was badly written and not signed, and over the weekend the parking signs have been revised at the university putting the right parking ATA on the sign, can anyone suggest what I can do now please.
