Hello, I received a PCN this morning from VCS after reversing into an unused access road to check my phone. this was on the International Business Park, Liverpool. I was not waiting on any double yellow lines as there were none painted on the road but there are double yellows on all aproaches to the spot where I waited. I have photo evidence from them with my van in the allegedly offending position. I also have a screenshot aerial view of the area (google maps) which clearly shows the double yellow lines stopping short of where my van was. (attached). should I take more photos of the actual site? Or should I just ignore? I can be contacted by email which admin will have. Thank You
