HI guys, i am very concerned about a letter i have received from Major and Co on behalf of Arc. I had car insurance with express insurance which i cancelled as i sold the car. I cancelled my car insurance but they are still demanding £233 from me. I expalained to them i had sold the vehicle but are still chasing me 15 months later. I recently received a letter from Majoy and Co and they advise they may issue a CCJ against me if i don't make payment within 14 days. should i be worried? I don't really know where i stand as i firmly believe i do not owe this money! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Jake
