Hi I'm new in this forum and I hope I'm doing the right thing. On 22-08-14 I had my car parked on ticket zone park, however, I had a ticket valid from 14:42 to 16:42, when I back to my car I got a penalty charge at 15.45. I opened the penalty's envelope and it was written the following " 05 Parked after expired of paid for time at a pay & display bay". which means I have to pay £90 or £45 if I pay within 14 days. I called the Road Service, I complaint about it and I was told to write an appeal letter. I didn't agree with this since I didn't do anything wrong in order to write an appeal letter. Could you please advise me what are my rights or how should I proceed before I appeal? I am looking forward to receive an advice soon. Regards Samalina
