Dear slick123 Thanks for a prompt reply. I have to clarify couple of things. First I gave written (email) notice. The thing I am not sure about though is; When I contacted gym in January all I wrote was I'd like to cancel my membership nr xxxxx. Gym replied that they cannot do that, my commitment is due 31/03/14. I didn't reply to this thinking that's logical, I don't want to stay with them past that date. So the thing that's worrying me is that I didn't mention march in my first email Hope it makes some sense. Best regards; Eskel

hi Apologies in advance for any mistakes as its my first post here. Here is my ordeal with CRS. I joined Energie Fitness Club in March 2013 with commitment end date 31/03/14. This year a decided to move in with my girlfriend, i contacted Energie on 31/01/14 notifying them that Id like to cancel my membership. They replied that Its impossible right now, but that my membership is due on the 31/03/14 Now here is my only possible mistake, instead of confirming the confirmation:| I left it as it was, assuming that its logic for both parts that i don't want to renew may contract for another year. i moved out on 15/03/14 i waited till 31/03 that delated my DD. Early May I got phone call from Energie asking about my membership. I explained situation an after initial insisting that my membership is due in sept.( told them that i still have a contract) they said ok, case closed. Late may i got text message from CRS asking to contact them. I did that and was told that i owe £167. I argued that and sent them my initial email to Energie as a proof. CRS came back to me 6 weeks later! telling me that given my lack of response to Energie email i still need to pay. I keep receiving phone calls with music playing in the background and classics CRS texts. My question is; Do i owe anything to Energie? (tried to contact them, they refuse to deal with me) Shall i inform CRS about my address change? many thanks Eskel
