  1. GOOD AFTERNOON creepin60 journalists trawl through the web 24/7 looking for stories, as long as we keep complaining about the P.H.S.O G.M.C and other useless complaints procedures the more they will investigate gathering enough info for an exposure and with the election coming up this is the time to bombard the government publically asking for transparency on how are taxes are distributed
  2. GOOD MORNING think about it. I see where the misunderstanding has come about it should have read " it is my insurance about all the blatant lies told by n.h.s staff including managers and legal staff employed by the n.h.s. " this was meant to only to include those staff involved in my particular complaint. I know the the majority of n.h.s staff are good people I have had excellent care under the n.h.s.most of my life 7 months ago I had an accident and was taken to A & E, had the most amazing care, stayed in hospital and on my trauma ward there were several octogenarians some needed complete care and the nurses could not have done better, respect and dignity was obvious. it made me very happy to witness first hand that we do have dedicated staff I DID WRITE ON THE HOSPITAL WEBSITE ABOUT MY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I feel able to shoot about my good experiences with the n.h.s BUT my bad experiences should be used by the n.h.s as a learning curve for them not ignored denied and covered up using legal teams which costs the taxpayer unbelievable amounts of money
  3. a freedom of information was requested regarding private use of internet by the P.H.S.O staff and sites they visited was posted on the " what do they know " website. the answers were very amusing. they basically do not monitor time staff spent on private browsing but a few of the websites visited were apparently how to make illegal drugs from magic mushrooms and coki leaves. that does explain quite a lot about the P.H.S.O and their staff
  4. GOOD MORNING honey bee thanks for the definition of poltroonery, surely you realise we or at least I was trying to be witty and no offence was intended and hope none was taken
  5. GOOD MORNING nolegion I think that the 40 out of 100 patients that record covertly is quite low, patients have an idea their doctor//consultant/nurse would not be happy to allow recordings. I never asked permission, unfortunately they know now that I have been recording for quite some time. it is my insurance. nolegion its hilarious that your tweet was banned using that hashtag by the C,Q.C's it shows they are living in their own little bubble and that they consider we the general public are just a nuisance. ps. is poltroonery an actual word, if not WHY NOT.?
  6. I think the time as come to number every page and entry of medical records in chronological order why this has never been done before is a disgrace
  7. GOOD AFTERNOON brian48 you say you received missing medical notes in 2013 I presume this included the missing notes although when your solicitor sent for your medical notes some were missing am I understanding you correctly when I presume you already have the missing notes or are there several more that are missing
  8. GOOD AFTERNOON sali just to lighten the day I love the acronym MPTS it really is poetic justice
  9. GOOD AFTERNOON creepin60 you say you would not like to think you are responsible for jeopardising a doctors career. but you can bet the nhs phso gmc and all the other trusts and complaint bodies would not think twice about jeopardising the lives and future wellbeing of people who have suffered because of them. they cannot be trusted. ADOPT A ZERO TOLERANCE APPROACH
  10. you are quite right we do know where that leaves democracy. up s**t creek without a paddle.
  11. so say most of the population, where does that leave democracy
  12. GOOD EVENING nolegion just opened my email and have been sent at 15.43 my reply from b.k at the p.h.s.o ombudsman and I quote " as explained currently the office is only giving complainants one week to provide information we need to consider their complaint in more detail " its still unclear to me but make of it what you will
  13. i have been emailed by a b.k from p.h.s.o a customer service officer regarding a new complaint well it was part of the old complaint but they decided it was a new complaint and i had to re apply. in his email with documentation it said if i did not give them details within a week they would close the case. i phoned this customer service officer he then told me " it is recent new policy that the ombudsman have decided i then emailed him again as i was slightly confused about this new ruling i am still awaiting a response does anyone know when this new ruling came into place.
  14. I was asked when i first complained to the ombudsman what I hoped to achieve from my complaint. my response was simple I wished the nurse to explain to me why she assaulted me in the way she did during the smear test, I was not asking for financial reward. I have just found out from the practice manager that this nurse is no longer in their employ. I reminded him that did not make the nurse or the practice immune from further action including appealing to the ombudsman. because of what they have put me through these last two years the practice manager and my gp were complicit in hiding the facts, I will leave no stone unturned to get justice. I have not been able to tell the whole story on this website because of their rules but I have managed to put write the full gory details on several others
  15. GOOD EVENING think about it what we who have suffered at the incompetent hand of the ombudsman want is to have our complaint which at times are quite serious investigated independently not just pen pushers at the p.h.s.o writing to the very people who have been the cause of the complaint or there employers ie;practice manager asking them a few questions then believing everything they say and nothing you say. I told my investigator " do you think I have wasted two years of my life going down the complaints route including the police if it were not true so you are calling me a liar " she wrote back saying she did not thing I was not telling the truth but according to the nurse and practice manager there were no suggestions on my medical records that I complained at the time. no I screamed the place down.
  16. on the 7th October three members of the phso pressure group PAID to attend an n.h.s complaints conference called WESTMINSTER-BRIEFING-AGENDA it was to be a day of presentation and discussion centred around the frances reports, 290 recommendations for improvement the fact there was so many recommendation shows the degree of change required. for more details follow facethefacts.com I personally recognise that voices from the p.h.s.o ombudsman were paying lip service to get the public off their backs for a few more years whilst paying penpushing under qualified people high salaries to continue the undemocratic work they have done for so many years.
  17. GOOD EVENiNG my turn I have already obtained my complete medical notes cost me £50 but was worth it, I would rather record my meetings than take a friend which I have done for over 2 years and will continue to do so. the p.h.s,o has been informed of the recordings in my appeal I have already informed my gp that all our consultations were recorded. I am trying to name and shame this nurse, and the clinic on social media and any website that will allow me. if the n.h.s take legal action against me all I have to proof is I am telling the truth and will reveal my recordings in court.
  18. GOOD MORNING CREEPIN60 as I have suffered the same fate both with the ombudsman that really do only push paper form desk to bin. the g.m.c who sometimes cannot even strike off doctors when they have killed patients the G.M.C have discussed recently that doctors give apologies to patient they have harmed but according to their up to date website have among a long list of other things " CANNOT MAKE A DOCTOR APPOLOGISE TO YOU " I have been criticised on another post that I should not suggest advising people to shout as loud as they can anywhere and anyplace including websites that welcome such stories. if we were to ignore all these mistakes and injustices we would all be living in boxes with numbers tattooed on our foreheads, ruled by a dictator of the very worst kind, we must fight for true democracy making our feeling and fears heard
  19. GOOD MORNING gem I am so sorry to hear of you and your oh sufferings, like me and most other people we expect a certain level of care from our doctors, the thing I find most difficult to swallow is the way they treat us when we complain they try to deny defend and delay anything not showing them in a good light. rebel11 has given you good advice the important thing is to act immediately and and tell your story on every website you can find the more the n.h.s is made to justify their mistakes the more they will have to change their attitude. my best wishes goes to both you and your other half.
  20. GOOD EVENING swiss-army-knife I too had to pay £50 for photo copies of my medical records I have been a patient at my practise for 17 years and would be interested if I should not have paid for this.
  21. GOOD MORNING bazzaS I thank you yet again, I did quickly browse through the posting guidelines when I first joined but must have overlooked the naming and shaming guidelines. i apologise to this forum and all its members for putting them in a precarious legal position. I have decided to set up my own website that way only I have to answer any legal questions.
  22. GOOD EVENING bazzas thanks for that advise, you are right I could create my own website to name and shame then create links, I realise now that CAG does not allow naming and shaming although I have been successful on other sites. would the nurse and clinic dare to take legal action " BRING IT ON "
  23. I am still very very angry after two years and have become very bitter with revenge on my mind, I WOULD LOVE TO PUBLICALLY NAME AND SHAME THE SADISTIC NURSE AND SURGERY, I would be happy for them to take me to court, the public would then know what I have suffered when my tapes are heard, it would save me a fortune on taking out a private prosecution which seems likely in the end. although I am appealing to the ombudsman on the grounds of new evidence my recordings I would much rather the recordings are heard in court, maximum exposure for the maximum damage they have caused me which I will never recover
