Hi,Looking for some advice regarding holiday that I have booked with Thomas Cook I booked the holiday online. The holiday depart on 18th oct 2014 for 7 days it clearly states in the confirming e mail OutboundLondon Gatwick to Lanzarote 18 Oct 2014 17:15 - 19 Oct 2014 10:10 ReturnLanzarote to London Gatwick 25 Oct 2014 18:50 - 26 Oct 2014 09:10 but in second e mail states that we have got to fly vie Madrid with stop over for 10 hours. The holiday clearly states 7 nights in Lanzarote. Thomas Cook are refusing to change the flights to direct flight, has anyone got any advise for me thank you
