i have tried all that apart from the letter,i will do that today thankyou

they have already added this to my account and refuse to remove it untill the item is back with them,and if i pay less than the amount they showed i will be charged extra,this is getting really stupid now,stay away from littlewoods people there awful

i had an item delivered damaged and rang them to collect 3 weeks ago,they have since made me sit in 5 days and not collected,when i complain they blocked my email address,they still have not collected it and its blocking my hallway,i have told them its not safe as i am disabled and could fall over it but they take no notice of me,i need it gone its gone on almost 4 weeks now,i told them i will put it outside but they dont care at all,the way they have spoke to me about this is awful,they offered me £5 for my 4 weeks sitting in waiting thats an insult what can i do
