I would be much appreciated of your help. I received the PCN on 22/01/2014 (dated 20/01/2014) from Newham for Failing to comply with restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone C, High Street North. I sent my representation within 10 days of the letter and since then never received any reply (acceptance or rejection letter) until today's Charge Certificate. Today i received Charge Certificate demanding £195. ery frustrated now and your valuable advice will be much appreciated. I never received reply of my representation from Newham Council. I sent my representation via Fax and by POST and I have proof of them (Post & Go receipt certificate AND Fax transmission Report). I am inexperience in these matters and would be grateful of your valuable advice for my next step. I will off course call to Council on Monday and also in writing explaining that I have not received the Notice of Rejection required by the London Acts so the Charge Certificate must be revoked and the PCN cancelled. But, please can you advise what else should I do AND what will be my next step?
