I am having the same problem right now, I booked 2 rooms and it was under my name but I only stayed in one of the rooms on 12th April 2014 I haven't smoked in the room and neither has my friend, I do not know about the others that was in the other room. Me and my friend even cleaned up the room, it looked better than how it was when we walked in.I do not know what to do? i cant pay anyway because i do not have the money right now also they are saying within 10 days, ive only got 7 days remaining but i also don't want to go court.
