Hi Andy, I have been sent an Application Notice (with my name spelt wrong), to be dealt with at a Hearing. I went to the last Hearing but the Defendant didn't turn up without notice. She has only filed the N244 since I sent the bailiffs in to enforce the judgement. She has said she was in hospital but has provided no proof. Thank you for your help.

Hi. I won a CCJ against someone who has now filed a N244 for the judgement to be set aside, for what I think are spurious reasons. Can I respond to this in some way and object to this application? Thanks in advance for your advice.
