I have a sofa with BH and I am interested in reclaiming the Osc and DLC that I am currently paying . I know I have to send SAR but what do I do next , send a claim letter requesting refund back? Can someone guide me to all the template letters I will need ..I did my bank charges some long time ago, is it the same way? All I'm seeing on here is people saying send SAR but not what to do next after having received all the info back from head office Thank you
