Yes I have all the original agreements and policy booklet from welcome. A breakdown of account. So shall I just reply to welcome with a copy of all documents.

I had a loan for a car through welcome finance bought from car craft in 2007( now settled). I made a claim for ppi through welcome and received a letter back stating that it has nothing to do with them and I would have to take it up with the broker. I now dont know whether to take it up with the broker or continue the claim with welcome as all the insurance documentation is with welcome and it was them i payed all the money to. Could some one please advise what would be best? Thanks in advance Laura.
