Well its quite complex, I have lived with my parents since before my child was born and my father has taken the role of 'Dad', he comes to school appointments and is down as an emergency contact, my dad takes my son to appointments picks him up from school and drops him off as I work Full time. I have been with my partner now coming upto 3years and have only recently moved in, (some items still at parents). I have read some literature around this subject but OMGosh its very wordy and complicated. My son also comes and stays with us 4days a week and the remaining with my parents (his granparents) as i don't want him to loose that bond with my dad.

Hi, Im a little worried on whether i need to declare my partner to WFTC and CHB if i do this does anyone know what will happen? Will my money stop?, Will they want to know his income?, will there be a history check? Has anyone been through this situation, if so can you give me some advice. Thanks Emma
