hi please can you help me? my ex partner had items from ph and has always paid the account from march 2012 until january 2014 due to being made redundant the payments were unable to be met. since then our relationship has broken down an my partner has moved out of my property with the goods 3-4 wks ago, since then ph has continued to harrass me even tho they have spoken to me and my ex and we have told them the situation an my ex has given them new address where she is living now which is in south shields i currently live in birkenhead. today they called me to say that they are bringing the police to my house within the next 2 days an i will be arrested for theft via deception. i have a young daughter an am obviously worried. where do i stand please? any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. thanks for taking the time to read my problem hun.
