Hi all! I have just found this forum, a bit too late, I think. I also sent them my iphone4 in September last year and still did not get any money. They ignore my emails and do not answer the phone. Does anyone know what i should do in this new situation? Does it still make sense to chase them by letter or email? Please, let me know, as I got confused. Thanks! Monika
