i get that but i need to know that I will not end up in court and lose. what happened to you give me some crumb

Hi Just to let you know that I spoke to Trading Standards in Oxford and our local TS office. They have suggested that we offer a full and final settlement as Phoenix are not doing anything illegal and we signed the contract. There is nothing that they can do. Did they take you to court and did you win. If I felt that we would win I would see it through but just hate the stress.

thank you for that. Would you mind explaining why as having read other stories, it seems that they will pursue this through the courts anyway. Just do not need the stress. Any suggestions as to how to get them to go away would be greatly appreciated. Just when you think you know it all!! We have never signed a contract before reading so why we did this time I will never know.

I would be very grateful if you could let me know what counter claim and defence you are using. We signed a contract just before christmas but cancelled one hour after Peter Abbot left as we found out about their appalling practices. We have not paid the marketing fee either but now they are demanding that and a cancellation fee. We feel very stupid. Having read other peoples stories, it seems that they will take us to court and we have already received numerous letters. Any advice would be grateful y received.
