Hi all, I have debt in Dutch bank of about 13000€, had it since 2006, once paid it all off and due to circumstances I had to take new loan and haven't been able to pay it off. I left Netherlands 2010 and live in another EU country Ireland now. My question is would Dutch bank chase me off with debt collectors here in Ireland if I do not pay anymore or is there a debt help company/charity in Netherlands that I could contact to help with debts there? Currently the monthly amount I am supposed to pay is too much for me financially so I have been late with every payment now and currently facing big bill that I am supposed to pay end of this month. I am willing to repay it, but bank is not agreeing to lower payments or ease interest at all, they just keep on telling me that debt will be sold to collector if I do not pay...
