Hi all, I am greatly concerned about the secured loan I have with GE money who I have had constant problems with. I am concerned that the amount paid back, over 7 years so far, has not decreased much and the amount of charges they have added to the account are unreasonable, I do not understand the statement's and the types of interest they add as there are 2. Please could somebody point me in the right direction to have the account checked and to see if I can reclaim any charges they have added.
