Dear All, Please help me out by advising what should be done in this situation. Shall I challenge the penalty and take them to courts. If yes then what are the chances I would win as I really do not want to waste time if this does not look favourable. Earlier guys, who were in the sinmilar situation, please advise. Thanks

Hi, I am in the same situation. I sold my vehicle on 13th November and I sent the V5 to DVLA by second class mail.Unfortunately, I received the failure to insure penalty notice dated 15th November. Can you please let me know what to do. Previous members who posted this thread had a similar case. Hisujan- Please let me know what you have done? Thanks!
