I am from Ontario Canada and a very reputable collection agency is suing me on behalf of Canadian tire Bank over a credit card that I defaulted on due to financial hardship. They filed a claim with small claims court for just under 20 grand can. I now have to file a defence using form 9A and have 10 days left or jugment will be obtained against me and enforced. I missed 4-5 payments and now this. All the plaintiff included was a copy of the original credit app. with my signature, a statement and their cardmember aggreement. I'm open to any ideas on how to respond.
