    I had a accident November 2012. Carpenters where appointed as my solicitors. Like many on here I have experienced the same problems. I last heard from them in October 2013 saying my case was under review. I sent a email to them wishing them a merry christmas (tongue in cheek) because I knew damn well I would not hear from them again until the new year. They are the worsed solicitors I have ever dealt with.
