Hello I'm currently in a pickle regarding PCN fines 2 years ago, a friend borrowed a car and received loads of tickets. Since then it's added up to over £4000!!. I have made arrangements but the payments are so high. I fail to keep up. My income is very low. So I can just about pay for one even with the deduction. However now bailiffs are turning up every other day. To parents house Where I live. But I am not regesitered there and I have no bills or anything in my name. What can I do Can the baliff remove my parents items.
