  1. (7440574) Hi Michael, Thanks for your email. I’m sorry to learn that you’re still facing issues with your handset. We can arrange another repair for your handset for our repairs team to investigate this. We’ll also include the reference number of your last repair (7440574) so that our repairs team become aware that this is a repeat fault. To arrange this, could you reply to this email with the following details: I have had my phone swapped 3 times for same handset. ALL HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE!!! I belive I have no other option but to cancel my contract as you keep giving me phones which are NOT FOT FOR PURPOSE. having to reset a phone regularly throughout a day is not something I should have to be doing due to signal loss! It’s unfortunate that you’re still facing issues with your handset after 3 exchanges. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We understand you’re unhappy with your current handset due to the same issue. In this case, we can raise another request for repair for your handset and also include the reference for the previous repair. This will ensure that our repairs team are aware of the previous faults with your handset. To arrange this, please confirm the following details:
  2. Already used WRT-165 through vodafone Eforum was about as useful as a CHOCOLATE TEAPOT!
  3. Renewed my contract last year in October with Vodafone getting a new phone (HTC ONE X PLUS) it worked fine to start with. then a few months into contract it lost its network connection in multiple locations around PAISLEY, GLASGOW & EDINBURGH. we don't get a great Vodafone signal at home so we have a VODAFONE SURE SIGNAL BOX, Home is Paisley. Took phone into store the SIM CARD was replaced. the phone worked fine for another month or so then the same issue cropped up loosing network signal in multiple locations. i had the phone swapped out by Vodafone for a refurbished (HTC ONE X PLUS) this phone worked fine for another month or so, My replacement developed the same fault loosing network signal in multiple locations. the phone was YET AGAIN swapped out for another refurbished handset which lasted another month or so, Vodafone Swapped out handset AGAIN!!! It has now happened again. I am a bit peeved at this:- SAME FAULT ISSUE WITH 4 FOUR (yes you read correctly 4!!) handsets all with the same issue. I would like to know if it would be possible for VODAFONE to replace my handset with another Handset (preferably not another HTC ONE X PLUS!!!!). the HANDSET SEEMS TO NOT BE FIT FOR PURPOSE! Regards Mike
