  1. So eve nif it can be proved that RBS have sent statements to the wrong address twice AND taken more than 40 days to send the info, compensation cannot be claimed as it has resulted in no harm so far. That sounds a bit 'yeah well no harm done!' I hate banks
  2. Hi there, the delay in sending them is certainly a breach of the data protection act, as for the sending to the wrong address that has got to be a breach, but i'm not an expert. Hopefully some1 here can give you more details advice or tell you where to get it. Good luck!
  3. Good luck! I'm going into the court office this afternoon to hand in my N1 and start the legal side of things, wonder if i'll be the one they make an example of!! Good Luck again, you have an impressive track record!
  4. Understand mostly now, thanx very much:)
  5. Hi, sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere but i couldnt see it. I have used Vampiress advanced english excel spreadsheet (which is excellent, much appreciated) to calculate how much i am owed, however on the interest column whenever i have been charged (sometimes as much as £13 a month) but my balance is just about in credit as i have just been paid, the spreadsheet does not add this interest onto the 'interest on penalties' column. Can i just add these interest charges myself, or have they been ommited from the total for a reason i am unaware of? Any help is appreciated.
  6. Hi Lipscombe, Much respect for what you are doing for your son. I am just about to send off my request for charges today, but was a little confused, some threads seem to say send the request to their Data Protection Act registered building, others seem to infer it should be sent to my branch. Can i ask where you sent yours? Many thanks and good luck!
