Hi all, I'm new to this site but am after a bit of advice please. I have 5 catalogue accounts with shop direct and have recently ran into financial difficulty. I want to pay off the catalogues but cannot afford the monthly repayments on them. I have emailed all the accounts seperately to request a repayment plan of £10 a month to each account. This has been rejected by all of them and I am now receiving letters from their collections department. I am really worrying about this as they are piling on interest and arrears charges too. Any advice that anyone has for me will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
