Hi, I would just like some advice about how to get rid of my debt. My original debt was roughly £1300 but now its £2500 because of all the interest they have put on my account. I did contact them advising them of my situation back in 2012 and they wouldn't help me or freeze my charges. Because of them not helping me, i just left it and now i really need to sort it out. My credit is very poor now due to this mess, and i just want it gone from my credit file. what should i do? I can't afford to pay it all back either. many thanks Sarah
