  3. Thanks Rooster, I am currently at the court stage (although I haven't filed the court case yet) The last contact I had, I was sent a form from Natwest to fillout an assesment of earnings. If I could prove that I was in dire need they might have been able to help me.
  4. Hi, I was wondering what the latest is on getting back charges. Nat West still owe me over £1800. I know that there has been a hold on all cases due to the big court case going through. 6. Trying to get it all together now - any good pointers??

Nerves are getting to me a little bit now, but I am preparing everything ready for court. Anyone fancy coming to Reading court with me on Friday??? Do you think they will turn up??
  8. Just wondering if anyone knows when you are applying on MCOL, what address do you put for MBNA to take them to court?? With the banks you use your local branch's address. Cheers CG
