  1. No. But the adviser at Citizens Advice felt it was essential to have the statement. Actually the GP said she will furnish records if the Tribunal service requested but Citizens Advice feel they won't do this. Not part of their brief. Thanks for you help. it is much appreciated.

  3. My GP has issued a sicknoyte to allow me to appeal. The Tribunal Service require a current statement from the GP which she is reluctant to write as although I have a degenerative condition I have not had a consultation since 2002 even though they have issued painkillers every month.Does the Tribunal Service insist on current a GP statement ? Grateful for any advice.
