I received a statement in October they send them every now and again although I havent been in touch with them till I wrote the template letter and posted it recorded delivery. I received a letter back from Robinson Way debt collectors it says "no further action taken for 30 days whilst i seek advice from a third party so they can forward us your propasals for payment within this period" What do I do now?

Thank you so much. I have not paid them any money since CAB advised me not to and that was 10 years ago.

I live in Scotland and 10 years ago found i couldnt pay debts I had. CAB told me to wait to be taken to court by any of the companies, nothing happened. I get a statement every now and then from a company but it just says balalnce carried forward £3.500. Today they called me and I said I was not paying to take me for bankruptcy she said they didnt do that and that she would put my file on hold for amonth and that she would transfer my call to a charity company they dealt with to arrange for them to help me work out all my debts. I told her I had to go out truthfully, and she said to call them back to go through what I owe to others. Is this debt now outwith its time, I have not paid any of my old debts from that time and none of them write me any more. Please help, I don't know what to do
