nothing yet hoping i would have my letter today but still nothing

well i have now put my claim in with the courts for a total of £967 and now i have been told its a waiting game and for the Halifax to acknowledge the claim. today though i received another letter from the Halifax offering me £133 and adding that if i did not run my account correctly then they would have no alternative but to close my account.

Got an offer today of £89 for a full and final settlement . i don't think so.

hi i thought bank charges were something you had to live with until i spoke to my sister who got me to join here. i have had £915 taken from my account over the past 6 years and i am in the process of claiming that back. if anybody has any views or help please let me know. good luck to everybody on here.

hi new to all this thought banks charges were just a thing you had to live with and then all that changed when my sister told me about this site. i have had some help off my sister and have sent off my first two letters. i have been charged £660.50 in bank charges and £254.15 in interest total £914.65 would be a real help to me at the moment. they sent me two replys and one of them offered me £89 what a cheek. if anyone has any tips or helpful points please let me know. best of luck to everybody in here too.
