  1. Just had a call from Victoria from D&G who said that I have to book another appointment for repair. She said she could "try"and do it for me.. They close in 5 mins. Tried to tell me that indesit had no record of the appointment. I smell a cover up..
  2. We have a plan to cover our 5 year old washing machine. In the last month it has broken down 3 times. Twice, the same code - it hadn't been fixed properly. This latest occasion a call was made yesterday and we were advised that an engineer would call to fix the machine today- anytime call, they even gave the engineers name.. Well, he didn't show. D&G didn't have an appointment registered on their system. Indesit did, and when they called the engineer were advised that he was on leave! I was advised that someone from indesit would call me back. They didn't so I rang D&G to complain. I was in a queue for 36 mins and then gave up! I found the HO number for D&G and was again put on hold to be put through to resolutions team. Well, they didn't answer (20mins on hold). I went back through to the customer services chap who gave me his word that resolutions would contact me imminently. After 30 mins I phoned back Customer Services speaking to the rudest customer services lady ever. She crossly told me that Resolutions had 48 hours to contact me. I've given up now. Not sure what else to do. I have sent an email of complaint to Customer Services but doubt they will respond. Any ideas. It's so frustrating! What an appalling company!
