  1. The Co-op bank recently closed my account due to it "not being run in accordance with the terms and conditions" ie. having four direct debits returned in a twelve month period. They then contacted origins of all my direct debits eg. British Gas to say all dd's had been cancelled, without my consent therefore cancelling pre-agreed plans. This was done after all dd's were successfully paid. Can they do this?
