They wrote to me: "If you clear your account by way of partial settlement any default that is registered in relation to this account would be updated to 'partially satisfied'. The outstanding balance will show as zero on your credit file and you will not be pursued for any remainder of the balance by 1st Credit or any other third party. Please be aware ‘partially satisfied’ may be considered less favourable than ‘fully satisfied’ by future providers of credit."

  9. That was barclays finance. I took car loan, but company I worked for get bankrupt and my finance situation get worst. I didn't pay for loan, later I went to DMC and later I start deal with all creditors on my own. They tried offer me first £8000 (I refused), then sent me letter that they think about court proceeding, spoke few times with them. Send few letter from this site. First offer them £1 for a year, than £5 and £20 now. I just want take best deal I can with them.
