I had the same email too. Just registered here as a result. It appears the phone number(s) don't even work now (probably inundated with calls about this). If anyone is writing anything to anyone about this I'd be keen to get a copy to use as a template to do the same. Companies that mess up like this and expect the consumer to fix it at a cost to them (calls not free from mobile etc) deserve as much hassle as we can give them...
