My Top Tips. Send off for SAR ( Subject Access Requests) I had to send 4 off to 4 different Parts of Barclays before I got the information I recieved. Knutsford address is the one I think i got what i wanted, - back from them. but sent to Barclays in Manchester - Leister - knutsford - London Also be very specific about what you want and always send it and any other corrispondence Recorded delivery they then Have 40 days to send you the details you require. They will probably send you a load of rubbish but be presistant and keep reminding them of the 40 days and that they haven't fullfilled your request. Do not ask for specific dates but more what type of information you require, I didn't and got given details as far back as 1998. ask for all forms / types of media data to be sent. I sent 4 £10 cheque with the 4 letters to the 4 diffent addresses but haven't had one cheque cashed. They want to play games and delay and hope you go away. But just keep going on - You will get there. Write to Antony Jenkins the Head Man at London and E-mail them complaining you haven't recieved the information requested write to the ICO ( Information Comissioners Office).
