Right then, I've received my "Sod Off" letter from the infamous Stuart Higley (signed on his behalf, of course ). It's the same standard letter that most people have received by the looks of it, so my LBA will be winging its way there shortly. Do I need to wait for my initial 14-day period to lapse before doing this, or does their response warrant me sending an LBA immediately? Many thanks, Alisk

Afternoon all, I've just finished totting up my charges from the last six years - comes to a total of £1067 - no small amount I'm sure you'll agree!! Letter requesting a refund will be sent this afternoon - I could really use that cash!! I'll come back as I hear more..... Alisk
