If i bought a car and it broke down in 2 hours i'd seriously be thinking about parking it in your front room. Take some responsibility here, if it is the timing belt then the garage that fitted it is liable. Unless you DIYed it? -
Albany Assistance are a useless bunch. Good luck dealing with them, been through it all myself.

If it's a bmw and it's got an error for inlet manifold flap then i would not be driving it. Google swirl flaps and you will see what i mean. They break off and destroy the engine.
