I had my ESA Appeal on Monday, finally got the letter today saying that I had won. Does anyone know if they backdate it to when I had the letter saying I wasn't ill enough to get ESA, as that was in February, waited a long time for this appeal.

Have now received a NOTICE OF INTENDED COURT ACTION letter, Stating that if I do not pay in full my CASE will be passed to the creditors solicitor and if the case goes to court I will have to pay not only the parking charge but court fees, solicitors fees and interest. It also says to see a selection of court judgements that their clients have obtained against people who have not paid go to their website. Slightly worried again now,

Hi, thank you all for your replies, the letter is as follows, Debt Recovery Plus Ltd Demand for payment If you do not pay then we will recommend to the creditors solicitor that court action should be taken to recover that you owe. Thanks

I received a PCN from parking eye back in January, after reading all the comments ignored it, heard no more until this week when I got a bailiffs letter demanding £135. Worried now, I am a single mum and cant afford to pay this. What do I do.
