hi, really sorry but this is long winded i was a job for 5 years and during the last year I got a new colleague and manager( we only a team of three),me and my new manager never seen eye to eye and i was always talking to my chief executive about how the manager was causing me stress, my colleague then made an informal compliant against me , to which i was called in to see my manager and chief executive, i was meant to of said something that upset her, I was never told what this was but during the meeting the meeting my manger just ripped into me, while the excutive sat there, until i walked out in floods of tears, i then went off sick for a few days due to this. me and the colleague sorted out our issue on my return she apologized as she as thought it had already been dealt with as she made the complaint 4 months prior to my meeting and I apologized if i said anything to upset her, ( i still don't know what i said). anyway my colleague had health issues and went off sick long term and left me and my manager , i had triple my caseload and was always on the phone to the executive saying i could cope with the job but my manager was making it more stressful to the point where he was ringing me weekly to see how i was, he offered me meditation and said me and her could sit down and she could tell me how i made her feel but i was not allowed to do the same back, as that would upset her!!! so i declined this as i did not want to be ripped apart again., in the end another job came up within the company which i got, i did not want to leave my job as i loved it but could see no other way of resolving the issues, i started the other job that was based with a different company in a different building, and i was getting report back from colleagues that my old manager was still slagging me off, so i have stayed always from the building not to cause any more conflict, now my new manager had told me the chief executive has questioned my loyalties to the company i work for and my new manager is having to stick up for me as i am hitting all my targets and doing what is required of me..... this is all really getting me down as its gone on for nearly two years, and I don't feel i can do anything right, any suggestions on what my next move should be
