Hi, I'm new to all this forum- I have stupidly built up £4000 on a Very account (shop direct) and am having trouble meeting my minimum payments every month as they go up and down when buy-now-pay-later's come into effect. Is it reasonable/even possible for me to request they freeze all interest and activity on my account and I pay back a set figure each month? I worked out approx £116 a month for 3 years would clear it. I spoke to someone from Very a few weeks ago when I enquired about my options, and he said a repayment plan could be set up, but we didn't go any further in discussion. Any help much appreciated, thanks.
