  1. I took the 1 month free trial. When I signed up I gave them my debit card details. Once I signed up I canceled this card and got a new one so they couldn't take a payment. I forgot to cancel membership before the end of the month. I went to check my account this morning and noticed that £14.99 had been taken by someone, but it hadn't yet appeared on my statement (Just balance available was different to balance. I rang RBS and they told me it was Experian. When I looked at my Experian account I saw the details on my new Debit Card on there, but i did not give them these details. Experian has now been cancelled and I asked them how they got my new card and they said the bank must have given it them. So can Experian do this without my permission or is it my fault for not cancelling with Experian? RBS gave me a Ref No. and Tel No. for the Recurring Transactions Dept but they are closed until Tuesday, but would like to know where I stand before ringing them. Thanks Chris
