like most people i came to a point where i needed money immediately, i applied to wonga and they have given me a loan. after using the company on several occasions, i came to a point where i am unable to pay for the loan, because of this i had to resort on looking for other options to repay it, i searched online for reviews on how wonga deals with unpaid loans, and the reviews were so bad that it made me paranoid and stressed thinking that i will end up like those people who were harassed over the phone and had paid high interest because they were unable to pay it. luckily, i came across one positive review suggesting that i have to contact them because they can arrange something because most of the people who are leaving bad reviews didn't even contacted them to arrange a repayment. i called them and they were so understanding and helpful of my situation. i only had to pay the interest charged and they made an arrangement for the loan amount to be paid monthly. i am so happy with how they handled my call and recommend people to speak to them if they are having any difficulty on paying their wonga loan. all you have to do is be honest and contact them and dont wait for the loan to be due. i will be posting this review on other sites so that like how i was helped by the other person who posted that review, i hope i can also help someone who is in the same situation.
