thank u i will get him to go down there tomorrow then should we text the baliff and tell them we are classed as vulnerable and that we will be going down to the court tomorrow to sort it out , we did ring the court and they said we have to deal with it thought marston will they just not tell us that when we go down there ? thanks again

hello just looking for some advice my other half owns £510 to HMCTs sussex for unpayed court fines from about 6 years ago ,for some reason his mail from the courts were getting sent to his mates house he has been living with me for 4 years and we have been claiming esa since then , back in dec 2012 was the first time we had heard about the letters from his friend , his friend give them our address and thats when we got a final notice lettle then we got a letter from the courts saying their is a warrent for his arrest so we rang them and arrange to pay monthly at the paypoint and that we would recive the card in the post we never did now we have a another removal letter so, today i awsered the door to marston as the other half was out she said she cant speak to me about it and asked me to get him to ring her ,and then she said im done and i will post a letter to give to my other half so i shut the door and she put the letter though, my other half has rang the court who says its being delt with though marston and to ring them so we have and have now been told their was no payment play set up as it was just a new adress that was set up :/ the enforcement officer is saying we can either pay it all witch we told her we cant as we are on esa and not got that sort of money , so she said they will take our goods , and then only then if we havent got enough goods to sell they will then see if we can set up a payment plan :/ so we asked can we not just set up the payment play then she said no i am coming out with the police today to see what goods we have got that was 2 hours ago and she hasnt come back yet she did say tho she has a disstress warrent tho ? what can they take ? i own the car not my other half , the wall mounted tv i brought on my bank card and the 2 pc where from my bacnk card aswell iv got statments showing this are these items mine or can they take them for my other halfs dept ?? someone please help i have no idea what all this means

the fines are from about 2006, im not sure on the further steps noticei think he did , he did have a warrent out for his arrest over the fines thats when the ballifs come out(the same day we got the letter about the warrent) and they agreed for us to pay monthly and dropped the warrent as long as we set up the payment plan witch we did but didnt get the letters though so we could not pay it, the ballif told us to wait for the card then start paying then today the ballifs are out again saying we have fallen behind with the payments

hello all just wondered if some one can help my partner has got unpayed court fines about 6 weeks ago someone from marden came round and said we have to pay the money within 7 days or they will remove goods after alot of talking with them ie we are on benifits ect they said we could pay monthly and that a letter will be send out with a card and info on so we can pay it at the post office , well we never had the letter or card turn up we thought it may take a few weeks so have been waiting well today a enforcement officer has came out to our home and said the will be coming back this week to remove goods as we have fallen behind with the payments , we told her that we have not recieved the letter or card so had no way of paying it yet and that we are waiting for it to come in the post, she said that that dosent matter and now their is no other way apart from removing goods from our home to pay the dept, can they do this and if so what can they take the only things of value our our pc's we have 2 one is mine the other the otherhalfs and the tv all of witch where brought though my debit card so who would be the owner of these items ?. we also have a car in my name as im the only driver , he does how ever have a motorbike but thats in his dads name, are the car and bike safe ? hope someone can help please as im really not sure what to do as we though all was good and were going to pay it monthly
