I can't name the company as we are potentially taking them to court about it. It says they wont in terms and conditions, however, as they didnt advise us of our flight restrictions, we feel like we have a case? Plus in their t&cs they advise that they should give us the option to accept the changes and didnt

Hi, I am new to the forum, but I was wondering if you could help. We booked flights and a volunteering project with a uk company. They cancelled our project as the project put the price up after booking. The company we booked with did not ask us if we wanted to accept the increased price and did not offer us the option to cancel. They cancelled it without checking with us. Furthermore, the flights we had booked with them, were non refundable, non changeable, but we were not advised of this by them until after booking. And so, they were aware that we would lose our flights when they cancelled our trip. They have refunded our trip but not our flights. Are we entitled to our flight money back?
