Hi I had a loan from them for £100, which they failed to take on the day I told them. I called and left messages for someone to call me as I knew that if they had attempted to take the payment a day late, it wouldn't go through as my card was expiring. No one called me back, and the interest started mounting up daily! They then kept pestering me, and finally they came up with a number of £800 which they said I owed them. Er as if!!! They refused any payment plan I offered, so I ignored them, their calls, and letters, and pretty much hoped that they would take me to court so I had the opportunity to tell a judge about the rip off people they were. No sane judge would make you pay this and they know it! Then after months of this, I received a text saying that they would accept a settlement payment of £125!! Which was what I initially owed. I called them to check it was from them, it was. Which I paid, and then they left me alone. So my advice is to ignore them until they back down, which they will. Please don't pay them any more that you initially borrowed plus the interest. Good Luck!
