  1. Hello In reply to Fuzzymutt - yes, we too have got problems because of esurv. It sounds like we have a very similar case: esurv completely missed the fact that the roof structure on our victorian terraced house was failing. It has cost us dearly to put it right (tens of thousands), and we have been without use of the house for several months. Without outside financial help, the house would have had to be sold, at a significant loss. Thankfully, we found a brilliant builder, who did a great job. We have had a professional diminution valuation survey done, and e-surv have offered less than 25% of that amount. We are not giving up, and are filling in the court papers to take them to court for the full amount. If there is anyone else out there intending to use e-surv, my advice is simply this: DON'T.
